Every day, more than 270 journalists in the Rio de Janeiro newsroom of O’Globo use GN3 to produce the more than 70 weekday pages of this gigantic daily newspaper. The Saturday edition can reache 170 pages and more than 3 million copies.
Thanks to wide area network, from the outskirts of Sâo Paolo and Brazilia, another one hundred plus journalists contribute to the production using GN3 exactly as if they were in Rio: they receive the jobs assigned by the main desk, consult the wire agencies and print their pages directly on the printers located in Rio.
Tera’s success at O’Globo attracted such important clients such as Diario de Nordeste, Fortaleza; Tribuna de Alagoas, Alagoas; Jornal Lance, Sâo Paolo; and Diario Oficial, Brasilia, making GN3 the standard newspaper editorial system in Brazil.
